Trance Dance uses movement and dance as a gateway to the unconscious.
The body gives us access to new worlds when these are touched, and that happens with not following the temptations of your every day program.
If you repeat what you always do, you will also receive the same.
Irrational, impulsive expression gives you the feeling of total freedom.
Trance dance is to be free and completely in the moment, with your body as an instrument.
